Your profile, conversations and documents do not all have the same visibility. Here is what Cargo Survey uses, who can access it and the choices available in your workspace.

This page covers the Cargo Survey website and member workspace: registration, profiles, the directory, posts, missions, conversations and collaboration records. It describes the features currently available.
A personal workspace represents a person. An organization workspace represents a business or team, with access depending on each member’s role. Check the active workspace before posting, responding or sharing a file.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required for that step. Other information can be left blank. A draft application does not automatically become a published profile.
Only add information needed for your work to a CV, photo or document. Avoid identity documents, banking information or third-party personal data that are unnecessary for the mission.
Relevance ordering helps you discover opportunities; it does not choose a collaboration for you. The mission poster chooses responses and introductions. Price does not affect response ranking.
Organization administrators manage their team’s access. Members with a suitable role can act for that workspace. Authorized Cargo Survey staff have access needed for their duties, such as reviewing supporting documents or reports.
Your profile photo or an organization’s logo accompanies its identity in the network. Post photos are intended for members who can see that post. Check their content and provide an image description when the interface asks for one.
Conversation attachments and deliverables remain linked to the collaboration. A deliverable can retain several versions and identify who shared each one and when. Replacing a file with a new version does not necessarily remove its history.
Sharing a document allows authorized recipients to view or download it. Send sensitive documents only in the correct conversation and check your permission to share them first.
The profiles you follow, your specialties and your areas help determine content suggested in the feed. You can manage follows and preferences in the member workspace.
In-app notifications are separate from browser notifications. Browser notifications require permission from your browser and can be disabled in its settings. Declining that permission does not prevent you from using your account.
Open my workspaceThe website remembers your chosen language in a cookie named “mfn_locale”. It contains the FR or EN preference. It is created without a persistent expiry date; its actual lifetime also depends on how your browser handles sessions.
The contact form keeps the confirmation number and a retry identifier with a message fingerprint in this tab’s session storage. The message text and contact details are not saved in that storage. These values prevent duplicate submissions and restore your confirmation after a refresh.
The member workspace uses sessions and browser storage for account access, preferences and some drafts. The application can also cache files needed for loading. Uploaded attachments are stored by the service and do not disappear when you clear your device’s cache.
Private features require authentication and the relevant account or workspace permissions. Passwords are stored as hashes, and public connections use HTTPS.
Technical operations, backups and maintenance support the service. Action logs help track security events and operations carried out by authorized staff.
The publisher still needs to confirm the named providers, hosting locations, any international data transfers and the legal basis for each processing activity. This version makes no exclusive-location guarantee.
Accounts, saved applications, missions and conversations are stored so that they can be used and followed up. Deleting a post, removing a saved item and requesting account deletion are different actions.
Account settings let you submit a deletion request and view its status. The request is reviewed; it does not immediately erase the account, organization or collaboration records. You can withdraw a pending request from the same area.
The publisher must define and publish retention periods by data category, rules for shared histories and deletion schedules for backups. No numerical deadline is guaranteed here before those rules are confirmed.
Open my profile and settingsYou can correct profile information, manage your posts and adjust notifications. Account settings also offer a data export and the status of an account deletion request.
Depending on the processing and applicable conditions, data rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw it. These rights do not mean every item in a shared history is automatically erased.
For other requests, you can use the contact form. Official publisher contact details will be added once confirmed. You can also consult the CNIL to learn about your rights and complaint procedures.
